Emily managed a wide range of enterprise accounts including internationally focused relief and aid groups local and regional food banks and DC based advocacy organizations. Prior to serving as Client Success Manager at Blackbaud, Emily was the Director of Student Engagement at Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.

Her book, The Digital Crown: Winning at Content on the Web describes the critical intersection of content marketing and content strategy with practical how-tos.
Ahava is the president and owner of Aha Media Group, a content marketing consultancy founded in October 2005. In graduate school at Georgetown University she compared Dirty Dancing and Save the Last Dance (really). Ahava lives in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan region.
