UX Best Practices: It's All About the Experience!

It’s 2018 and the door to your organization is the electronic resources that you produce. If your web and mobile properties aren’t easy to use, you lose customers. Every interaction that users have can influence their perception of your company.

Learn about the field of user experience and how you create web and mobile resources that your users can use, understand and appreciate.

You’ll leave this workshop with an in-depth understanding of where to start and what to do to create a better experience for your users.

What Will You Learn?

  • What “good design” is really all about
  • How you create content that your audience will actually read and understand
  • How you want to organize information to make sure users find it
  • What it means to truly have an accessible website or application and why you should
  • Why and how you should do user research to make sure that what you produce really is usable

Who Should Attend?

Our workshops are specifically designed for digital marketing and communication professionals working for a nonprofit, association, or membership-driven organization. However, executive management, development professionals, and consultants will gain important skills to enhance their knowledge base.
