Third-party vendor evaluation and management remains a top priority for most decision makers and digital managers. Technologies have added to the pressure of enhancing and improving vendor management skills, be it in terms of negotiation, procurement, evaluation or prescribing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Effective vendor management offers a holistic view of an organization’s vendors allowing the organization to ensure that their outside vendors deliver high quality service and value. During this workshop, we will get an insider's view and learn best practices from a skilled professional who has sat on both sides of the table.

Our workshops are specifically designed for digital marketing and communication professionals working for a nonprofit, association, or membership-driven organization. However, executive management, development professionals, and consultants will gain important skills to enhance their knowledge base.
Our workshops are available in-person or online. To attend in person, the location is 1200 18th St NW #700 in Washington, DC, just two blocks from the DuPont Circle metro stop on the red line.

How Do I Register?
All workshops are part of Ignite Academy Membership designed for marketing/digital professionals and executives at nonprofits, associations and purpose-driven organizations.
Membership is only $195 per month for an organization to attend up to 24 workshops per year – plus additional perks! Up to two staff members from an organization may attend each workshop.
About the Instructor
While at Blackbaud (formerly Convio), Emily Goodstein empowered non-profit clients to achieve online fundraising and advocacy success. Emily managed a wide range of enterprise accounts including internationally focused relief and aid groups local and regional food banks and DC based advocacy organizations.
Prior to serving as Client Success Manager at Blackbaud, Emily was the Director of student engagement at the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, a nonprofit organization. She managed e-communications and social media outreach for RCRC's constituency of over 10,000 young adults.
Emily currently works as an independent online marketing strategist for local national and international organizations. Emily received her BA in Human Services from The George Washington University in Washington DC.
